Watch Out

Please don't let this happen to you!!! I got a call from an 82 year old man yesterday who was not only cold but frustrated and upset. He was taken advantage of by a "so called contractor". I found that the furnace was not only wrong for the application but was dangerous and caused water damage. If the furnace would actually turn on it could pump carbon monoxide into the home. Apparently the installer had done multiple homes in this park and was highly recommended by the management. His final bill was $2k more than most licensed companies would have charged. Hot Winter Day

The weatherman says it's supposed to be 84 degrees today.  One of our customers sent us this picture on Facebook letting us know it's probably true!  71 degrees at 10:00 am!  Our phones are wide open if you need us for any heating or air conditioning needs.

Another year gone by....
