Watch Out

Please don't let this happen to you!!! I got a call from an 82 year old man yesterday who was not only cold but frustrated and upset. He was taken advantage of by a "so called contractor". I found that the furnace was not only wrong for the application but was dangerous and caused water damage. If the furnace would actually turn on it could pump carbon monoxide into the home. Apparently the installer had done multiple homes in this park and was highly recommended by the management. His final bill was $2k more than most licensed companies would have charged. Recycle for a good cause

If your cleaning out your closet think abut helping the dogs and cats at the Seal Beach Animal Care Center! Bring all your old, unused and out of style clothes, shoes, belts, handbags, bedding and towels. The Care Center will get paid by the pound and hope to collect 10,000 pounds with the help of all of us! 98% of what is collected will be recycled. Load them up in large plastic bags and bring your items to SBACC on Sept 6 from 9:30-11:00 am (not before please). Perfect Temp

Feeling hot hot hot outside, but my office is the perfect temp for a short retreat from the heat outside.   Your temperature shouldn't be kept too low because you don't want your A/C to be running all day and give you a high electric bill.
