Watch Out

Please don't let this happen to you!!! I got a call from an 82 year old man yesterday who was not only cold but frustrated and upset. He was taken advantage of by a "so called contractor". I found that the furnace was not only wrong for the application but was dangerous and caused water damage. If the furnace would actually turn on it could pump carbon monoxide into the home. Apparently the installer had done multiple homes in this park and was highly recommended by the management. His final bill was $2k more than most licensed companies would have charged. Be sure to check with the CA State License Board to make sure your contractor is legit: https://www2.cslb.ca.gov/OnlineServices/CheckLicenseII/CheckLicense.aspx

Handwritten thank you notes do not come often anymore!

We received a nice handwritten note from a customer for an installation they had done recently: Thank you very much for making our house "cool"! We really appreciate your professionalism and are very happy with your service. We will definitely be referring you to our friends and family.

Yelp Review

Yelp uses a recommendation software to choose which reviews they think should be recommended and go towards a companies overall rating. We don't like that! We think if you take the time to write it, it is important and should be seen. We want you to know about all of our reviews. Here is a review that we got over the summer and wanted to share. Thank you for trying to spread a good word about our company and add to our rating!
